Coalision and Pull-in Merge

Canadian-based lifestyle and sports apparel firm Coalision is to merge with French underwear company Pull-in, in a move that will create a firm with combined sales of $110m.
Under the agreement announced April 9, Coalision will be positioned as a major international player, while for Pull-in, the merger is a strategic move in the brand’s international development.
“Our company is strengthened in terms of brand presence, geographic synergies and its management team – all for the benefit of our customers,” said Bernard Mariette, president and CEO of Coalision.
The action sport division of Coalision now comprises Pull-in and Orage, while the well-being division includes Lole and Paradox.
As part of the expansion, Isabelle Mille has been named vice president of retail and marketing for the company’s Lole brand, and Pierre-Louis Lacoste has been promoted to vice president of Lole Europe.
