After shopping for environmentally responsible and fashion larkspurlaforward under garments left the designers of Larkspur, Felicia Gaxiola and Amanda Bear, repeatedly empty handed, they were inspired to collaboratively design a 15-style collection of charming lingerie. Both designers have worked with companies that manufacture exclusively in Los Angeles, providing them with contacts for sourcing both materials and labor locally. Their experience with every aspect of manufacturing in Los Angeles, from dyeing and cutting, to sewing and packaging, has provided them with insight into how tangible and ethical manufacturing locally can be. Larkspur is committed to working only with manufacturers who treat their employees respectfully and value transparency in their business practices.
